DailyClicks.biz, are they Scam?

I am withdrawing the recommendations to join dailyclicks.biz. I doubt they are scam, because they have reset all the members eraning to zero, and they are saying the reason for resetting the account is "They are rejected by Paypal" for processing payments through Paypal.

But I don't think that it is a genuine reason for resetting the members hard earned money, they can provide an option for resetting the payout type and id, no need to reset the earnings of members. Paid.vg were also changed their payment processors from Paypal to Alertpay, but they were not cleard the members hard earned Money and provided an option to update the payout method.

I would like to request all my visitors, to take more care and causious while working with Dailyclicks.biz. If you have any objections and you feel that they are genuine site please comment to this post.
